1. Eligibility for Returns

3. Return Pickup

If approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup where available.

If reverse pickup is not serviceable in your area, you may be asked to ship the product to our address (shipping cost will be reimbursed if the return is approved).
4. Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected:

The amount will be credited to the original mode of payment

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error
